Product shipping and deliveries can be made exclusively within the territories of the Italian Republic, San Marino, and Vatican City.
Torrefazione Caffè King will ship the purchased products exclusively to the destination specified in an order.
Shipments to PO Boxes are not accepted.
Torrefazione Caffè King will ship the products ordered by the Customer, via courier, to the address provided by them, approximately within 24 working hours from the acceptance of the order. Delivery generally takes place within 4 working days.

Delivery costs are billed based on the rates indicated on the website or communicated by Customer Service on the date an order was submitted.
The recipient of the goods is responsible for the payment of taxes and customs duties required by the laws in force in the territory of destination of the products.
The courier is responsible for the delivery. Torrefazione Caffè King commits to collecting any reports of non-delivery or delayed delivery of products through Customer Service and, if appropriate, assisting the Customer in protecting their legal rights
