The coffee produced from a home coffee moka is lighter than that at the bar and it thus compensates the varying intensity by a stronger blend at it’s origin. BOLGHERI BLEND It is a blend of four varieties: Brazilian, Indian, “EK” Special (Indonesia) and Java. This blend is perfect for espresso machines at home. It makes a coffee that is very much like the one you can enjoy at a bar, the only difference being that it is milder and lighter.
The Cuba Serrano comes largely from the Sierra Maestra to the east of 'island. This coffee cup gives off an unknown fullness between Arabica and, in the express, does mug alone. The softness of the cocoa bean is blended with scents of pipe tobacco, while in aromatic persistence you experience a hint of nuts.
